Keyndra
Founder | Yoga Instructor | Massage Therapist
The cornerstone of my teaching holds one simple truth: building a life worth living starts with caring for yourself. By this, I mean caring for your body and all elements that come along with it.
Your breath. Your heart. Your mind. Your spirit.
I offer and guide yoga as a means to do just that.
Through accessible yoga and relaxing massages I guide individuals in the pursuit of reconnecting or deepening their connection with their body.
I offer, run, and lead local & beginner friendly yoga classes in Monroe, Washington. At my studio and throughout my curated classes I encourage a dedication to caring for your unique self.

I am trained in Vinyasa yoga with my 200-hour certificate from The University of Washington. I approach teaching yoga with an expectation to meet you where you’re at, and help you build from there. I always offer options and accommodations, and instruct poses from simple to complex (choose your own adventure!).
Each class is themed around a yoga philosophy or wellness principle, and includes mindfulness/meditation, pranayama (breathwork), asana (poses/movement), and savasana (rest) with mudra (hand gestures) and mantra (chants), and instructor assistance when applicable. I give time to breathe & settle in to each pose, and always end each class with a poem relating to the class theme.

I take pride in holding intentional space for each individual who enters my office. A massage session with me includes a health intake & discussion of your wellness goals, regular activities & lifestyle followed by a 70 or 90 minute session. I utilize a variety of techniques to prioritize your wellness goals that we discussed. It is my goal to have you feel seen, heard, and safe in my space to allow your body, mind and spirit to relax and connect.
Still have a question?
Connection, collaboration, and compassion are the cornerstones of my philosophy.
I hope to meet you on the mat.
